2015 Express Entry: Provincial Nominee Program

Almost all provinces and territories in Canada have an understanding with the Canadian Government that lets them nominate immigrants who want to live there, permanently. In most cases, you must submit your application to a province or territory to be recognized under its Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

Step 1) You must apply directly to the province where you wish to reside:

  • Alberta
  • British Columbia
  • Manitoba
  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nova Scotia
  • Ontario
  • Prince Edward Island
  • Saskatchewan
  • Yukon

Step 2) After receiving a nomination letter from the province, you must submit your permanent residence application to Citizenship And Immigration Canada (CIC). An immigration officer will evaluate your application using the Canadian Laws.

For this immigration program, Canada releases the priority lists to all nationalities every year, worldwide, check your chosen province for the complete list of occupations. And, if you meet the minimum requirement based on the selection criteria, in just 6 months or less, your Immigrant Visa will be processed.
